Project Transforming Hope Inc is a nonprofit organization in Miami, Florida, serving young people through mentorship and academic programs.

Program name. Project Transforming Hope Inc portal messages.

What the program sends. Two kinds of message, and nothing else: a one-time 6-digit code used to sign in to the member portal, and a portal notification. A notification names only the kind of thing waiting, never its contents and never any young person’s name. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How you join. Sign-in codes are sent only when you request one on the portal sign-in screen. Portal notifications are part of portal membership: enrolling in our programs creates a portal account on the mobile number your family provides at enrollment, and joining and using the portal is your consent to receive them. You can turn notifications off at any time in your portal Settings.

Message frequency. One sign-in code per request you make. Notification frequency varies with program activity: at most one notification text every four hours, and none when nothing new is waiting.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Project Transforming Hope Inc does not charge for these messages.

Opting out. Turn notifications off at any time in your portal Settings. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from our number; if you do, you will no longer be able to sign in by text. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy. Mobile information and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own use. See our Privacy Policy.

The portal is for enrolled participants, their guardians, and staff. Keep your sign-in code to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Use the portal only for its intended purpose. We may suspend access that is misused or that puts other participants at risk.

Donations are processed by Stripe and are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, contact us and we will work it out with you.

We may update these terms as our programs change. The date at the top reflects the current version.
