A nomination is part of the community building process. Please fill out a nomination form if there is a 7th - 12th grader you would like to nominate. After completing a form, someone from Project Transforming Hope will contact the nominee to give him more information on the fellowship.

Please note you may still need to fill out an application form for a first-round interview.
